What we collect
The quote forms on this website do not store or send anything themselves. The contact form prepares a text message on your own phone, which you choose whether to send. If you send it, or call us, we receive your name, phone number, postcode and the details of the job. Only if your browser is not running JavaScript does the home page’s quote starter put the service and postcode you chose in the page address, which the website’s host may record in its logs.
What we use it for
To reply to you, quote for the work, arrange and carry out the clean, and keep the records the law requires for invoices. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.
Why we may use it
Replying to you and quoting are steps you ask us to take before a contract. The clean itself is a contract with you. Data protection law allows us to use your details for both. Keeping records of work and invoices is a legal obligation.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Records of work and invoices are kept for six years, as tax law requires.
Your rights
By calling us, you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or delete them, ask us to limit or stop how we use them, or ask for a copy to pass to someone else. Records of work and invoices are kept for six years even if you ask us to delete them, because tax law requires it.
